Shipping policy

Order Production Time

• Most of our products are made to order. Production typically takes 5-7 business days before shipping.
• In-stock items are processed within 3 business days prior to shipment.
• During holidays or peak seasons, production time may take longer. If delays occur, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options:

1. Free/Standard Shipping

   • Delivery Time: Approximately 2 weeks after production.
   • Cost: Free worldwide (excluding the U.S. due to tariffs)

2. DHL Express Shipping

   • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days after production.
   • Cost: $37 USD per pair of shoes.

3. UPS Express Shipping

   • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days after production.
   • Cost: $37 USD per pair of shoes.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship worldwide except for Alaska, USA.
• If you are located in a region we are unable to ship to, we recommend providing an alternative shipping address.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their order.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs.

Shipping Delays

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or extended production times during peak seasons.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@bouge-moi.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
