Bouge Moi Collaboration Shoe Design Guideline

Thank you for considering collaborating with Bouge Moi on a custom shoe design! We're excited to work with you to bring your vision to life. Below are the guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration:

1. Design Process: You will have complete creative control over the design of the shoes. This includes choosing the appearance, color scheme, materials, and any additional features you desire.  
2. Minimum Order Quantity: The production process for each new shoe design involves the sourcing of materials and the creation of molds for various components, such as heels. Given the time, effort, and resources required, a minimum order quantity (MOQ) is necessary to initiate production. While our standard starting point is typically 30 pairs, the MOQ may vary depending on the complexity of the design. We encourage open discussion to determine the specific MOQ required for your design concept.
3. Ordering Process: Once we've settled on the design and minimum order quantity, we'll proceed to create a sample pair of heels for your review. Please note that a payment is required for the sample heels. Upon completion, we'll arrange for professional photographs of the sample heels and send them to you for evaluation. Subsequently, we'll establish a dedicated webpage for pre-orders. Production will begin once the necessary quantity is met, regardless of whether promotional codes were applied.
4. Revenue Sharing: We value your creative input and believe you should be rewarded for your designs. As a collaborator, you will automatically become an affiliate of our website, entitling you to a personalized coupon code with a 10% commission on shoe purchases made using your code. Additionally, you will receive a 5% commission on the sales revenue generated by your custom-designed shoes, irrespective of whether the sale is facilitated through your code or other affiliates.
5. Website Placement: Upon completion of the design and production process, we have the option to showcase the new design on our website. This provides additional visibility for our collaboration and enhances the opportunity for sales.
